This policy explains how forgotten s.r.o., Reg. No. 23642467, VAT No. CZ23642467, registered at Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic (“FRGTN”, “we”, or “the controller”), processes personal data connected with frgtn.dev.

2. Data we process

Email and direct contact

When you contact us at [email protected], we process your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include, solely to respond and maintain the related correspondence.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the FRGTN newsletter, we process your email address to send occasional studio news, product announcements, and early-access invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.

Anonymous website analytics

The site uses Rybbit Analytics for aggregate traffic information such as page views, referrers, and browser language. It does not use tracking or marketing cookies and is not intended to identify individual visitors.

Technical logs

Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary server and security logs, including IP address, request time, requested URL, and user agent, to operate and protect the website.

3. Legal basis

• Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR when you choose to subscribe to the FRGTN newsletter. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
• Pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when you ask us to act in connection with a product, agreement, or support request.
• Legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for correspondence, website security, service improvement, and appropriate business records.
• Legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where Czech accounting, tax, or other law requires retention.

4. Retention

Newsletter contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. General correspondence is normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing relationship or legal claim. Contracts, invoices, and accounting records are retained for the period required by Czech law, typically up to 10 years.

5. Processors and transfers

To operate the website we may use:

• Rybbit Analytics (EU) for aggregate website statistics.
• Resend for newsletter contact management and email delivery.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for server operation, delivery, backups, and security.
• GitHub for source hosting and Keystatic content editing where an authorised editor uses the CMS.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to [email protected]; we normally respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz.

7. Product privacy

FRGTN products may publish separate privacy information because their data flows and hosting choices differ from this studio website. Musubi’s current product information lives at musubi.pro.
