1. Website operator

This website is operated by forgotten s.r.o., Reg. No. 23642467, VAT No. CZ23642467, registered at Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic (“FRGTN”, “we”, or “us”). These terms govern use of the FRGTN studio website and its public resources.

2. Product-specific terms

FRGTN products are separate software offerings and may publish their own terms, privacy information, licences, and service conditions. Where product-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the product-specific terms apply to that product. Current Musubi information lives at musubi.pro.

3. Open-source software

Source code is governed by the licence included with its repository. An open-source licence grants rights in source code; it does not automatically grant access to a hosted service, support, infrastructure, trademarks, or future features. Musubi source code is currently made available under the MIT licence.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a separate licence says otherwise, the FRGTN name, visual identity, website design, written content, and original media are owned by forgotten s.r.o. or used with permission. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution, but may not present FRGTN material or branding as your own.

5. Accuracy, availability, and roadmaps

We make reasonable efforts to keep studio and product information accurate. Software changes, early products may contain defects, and planned work can move or be cancelled. A roadmap, release direction, or availability statement is not a promise of a particular delivery date or uninterrupted service.

6. External links

The website links to independent services such as GitHub and product domains. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FRGTN is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, public website content is provided for general information without a guarantee that it is suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

8. Legacy agreements

Existing client engagements remain governed by the contract, order, and version of the commercial terms accepted when that engagement was formed. A copy of earlier terms can be requested from FRGTN.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. We may update them when the website, products, or legal requirements change. The version published here applies from its stated update date.
